The Adventists InStep for Life is a Division wide initiative focusing on encouraging kids and families to live healthy lives by adding more physical activity daily and fresh fruits and vegetables in the diet. This initiative also focus on increasing awareness and reducing childhood obesity since one in three kids are overweight or obese and it brings tremendous health problems to them early on. Adventists are responding to that epidemic by saying "Yes!" for Healthy Kids and Families. One of the events of this initiative is LET’S MOVE DAY, when Adventist schools, churches, hospitals across the division plan for events and invite the community to participate.
