Meadow Lodge Fees: Meadow Lodge, linens included. You must register your entire group at one time with one payment. You may add one additional person per room at the $8 rate.

Cabin: Bring your own linens. Each Cabin holds eight people. The first five must register at $46 per group of five, with the last three registering at $9 per person.

All major credit cards accepted. Checks and money orders should be made payable to AdventSource and mailed to AdventSource/PlusLine, 5040 Prescott Avenue, Lincoln, NE 68506-5431. All registrations by mail must be received by noon Thursday, November 4, 2010.
Refund Policy: You may request a refund in writing via Email which will be processed minus a $15 fee when received by October 28, 2010. After this date you may substitute someone to attend in your place.

On-Site Event Registration and Check-in: You may register and check-in on Thursday, November 11, 2010 from 3:00-6:00 pm. You may pay the $99 Late registration fee with cash or a credit card.
Children: As a courtesy to other participants, and to maximize your benefit during this event, we ask that you make other plans for the care of your children.
Dress: Casual, dressy casual. It can be chilly in the evening, please plan to bring a warm jacket. Walking outside is required at this facility so plan to bring a raincoat and umbrella if the forecast includes rain.
