Allegheny West Women’s Ministries Retreat

Date & Location: October 1-3, 2010. Waterfront Place Hotel, 2 Waterfront Place, Morgantown, WV 26501.

Description: The Allegheny West Conference is pleased to present the Women’s Ministries Retreat theme, “Forgiven, Faithful and Focused.” Seminars are planned to share the gift of forgiveness, the joy of being faithful, and the strategy for remaining focused. Who Should Attend: Women 18 and older are invited to attend. There will also be a youth retreat for young women 12-17 years of age.

Featured Speakers: Hyveth Williams, Pastor, Professor, Andrews University; Ifeoma Kwesi, Pastor, Professor, Oakwood University; and Lady Tramaine Hawkins, Recording Artist.

Youth Speakers: Valerie Green, Director, Positively You Teen Program; Carla Valles, Director, Out of the Box Ministries.

Registration Fees: All registration fees are per person. Your full event registration fee includes attendance to the Tramaine Hawkins Concert.

Refund Policy: You may request a refund minus a $10 processing fee, per registrant through September 2, 2010. Lodging: Waterfront Place Hotel, 2 Waterfront Place, Morgantown, WV 26501. Each registrant must reserve their lodging by calling (866) 782-9974 or (304) 296-1700. Please use the code of “Allegheny West” to receive the event registration fees, plus tax. This rate is good through September 23, 2010.

Meals: You will receive breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Sabbath, and breakfast on Sunday with your paid registration fee.

On-site Event Check-in and Registration: You may register and pick up your event materials on-site on Friday, October 1, 2010 from 9:00 am-10 pm. You may pay the $125 Adult, or $70 Youth on-site registration fee with cash, credit card, or a money order made out to the AWC Women’s Ministries Department.

Children: As a courtesy to other participants and to maximize your benefit during this event we ask that you make other plans for the care of your children.
