National Invisible Chronic Illness Awareness WeekEmail page | Print page

Do you feel alone in your invisible illness? Misunderstood? Frustrated? Maybe you just want one person to say, "I get it!"

National Invisible Chronic Illness Awareness Week is held annually and is a worldwide effort to bring together people who live with invisible chronic illness and those who love them. September 8-14, 2008 is this year's week to bring awareness about invisible illness. The theme is "Hope can grow from the soil of illness."

Rest Ministries, the creator of National Invisible Chronic Illness Awareness Week, is in the process of planning four telephone seminars where people can call in and listen and talk to the presenter.
